Dr. Neha Gupta is the Founder of \u2018THANKS TO LIFE\u2019 e-magazine (launched online in February 2021). She is an Economist by profession with a PhD in International Economics from IIT Delhi. Neha loves to connect with Nature and has a passion for Yoga, Meditation, & Journaling. She is a Kathak Dancer with a Graduate Degree from Bharatiya Sangeet Sadan). She is an Inspirer who loves deeply understanding life and the blessings of the Universe. She has written several articles in national and international journals on Export Competitiveness & Global Value Chains (GVCs) and about the benefits of yoga\/meditation in the Government of India\u2019s magazine \u2018KURUKSHETRA\u2019 as well as about trade in yoga services in newspaper\/perspective columns.<\/p>\n

The \u2018THANKS TO LIFE\u2019 e-magazine focuses on holistic well-being, mainly oriented towards better self-realization by the soul and unleashing the immense power of the mind & body to manifest everyday tasks and find easy ways to achieve joy and bliss. The aim is to boost communication in matters relating to self-love and gratitude, the biggest powers to attract miracles and pleasures in our lives. \u2018THANKS TO LIFE\u2019 is primarily an English journal, but Hindi language authors are also highly encouraged to submit their contributions.<\/p>\n

We found that people have lost the beauty and wisdom of the ancient healing yet fun-based activity of Reading (and also Writing). It happened due to the growing need for short-term gains, acquiring knowledge and solutions with just one click, and instant gratification. But, those who want to go in-depth and seriously want to feel complete and successful daily can do so only with perseverance, patience and devotion, the most needed skills in this era, which reading readily supplies.
