Do 5 Senses Meditation Daily: Just exclusively focus at least 1 minute on each sense organ – Nose (smell), Ears (hearing), Skin (touch), Tongue (taste), and Eyes (vision or sight). This meditation will calm down your mind, relax your body, and ease up your life…Go for It!!!

Your emotions have a direct impact on your body organs, and vice versa. To explain, the energy of fear/fight or flight relates to kidney & bladder. Sadness or depression is related to the lungs &large intestines, while the small intestine is associated with joyfulness & happiness – belong to Heart too, which deals with love & trust. Worries & insecurities affect digestion (stomach). Anger or resentment can adversely impact the liver & gallbladder. YOU CAN SERVE YOUR BODY BY TAKING CARE OF CORRESPONDING EMOTIONS (VIA MEDITATION & JOURNALING). ANY CHALLENGE/DISORDER IN A SPECIFIC ORGAN IS INDICATIVE OF THE DISTURBED LEVEL OF THAT EMOTION – DETOX & SUPPORT THAT ORGAN!!!
